■About our cancellation policy regarding our regular fishing trips except for ”customized fishing guided trips”, cancellation fee will be required based on below.
Cancellation is made up to:
30 days prior to trip Fully refundable
14 -30 days prior to trip 50% of deposit
7-14 days prior to trip 75% of deposit
7 days- departure 100% of deposit
Following is refundable.
1. Your flight is cancelled or delayed.
2. Hokkaido is under strong influence of terrorism, war, and conflicts.
3. Guide predicts bad weather and stops tour.
■Cancellation regarding ”customized fishing guided trip”:
Our service already starts at the time we receive inquiries and make plans with customers, so Basic Rate for "customized fishing guided trip" is NO refundable due to any reasons even it is cancelled by weather.
■Refundable expense regarding ”customized fishing guided trip":
When either customers or guide cancel trips and some expense except for the basic rate is not used, that may be refundable such as below.
Fuel expense, expressway tolls, license fee (when possible), accommodation fee (when possible), rental fee, boat chartered/ferriage fee (when possible), and other unused expense.

■About Cancellation
About customized trips, our guiding services start at the time you contact our guide or make plans with our guide. Once you make payment of basic guide fee, it is non-refundable. If you cancel your trip for even the weather, act of God, emergency orders or any other legitimate reasons.
■About refundable expense
If our guide or you must cancel your trip or your trip schedules, some expenses that are not spent may be refundable. E.g) fuel, expressway, license (if possible), accommodation (if possible), rental fee, boat (if possible), and others.
